There is also rigorous post implementation follow up to ensure that new business processes become embedded in the business culture. Furthermore, we will provide executive coaching to your designated key staff to ensure their goals are congruent with the overall strategy.

Training

We offer comprehensive customised training for all modules implemented. This includes both ‘Train the trainer’ and ‘end user’ training programmes which ensure that new business processes can easily be cascaded and assimilated into your organisation.

Payment by results

Our fees are highly competitive. We also reach agreements with some clients on the basis of part fee - part profit share: The profit share element being directly correlated to the increase in profits as a result of the implementation of our strategies.
